Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restroom areas.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
