The role supports the Store Manager, runs the register, and leads a team focused on excellent customer service and store success. Open availability, including weekends and holidays, and a valid driver’s license are required.

You’ll hire and train staff, manage schedules, and oversee inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and store cleanliness to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach, motivate and lead a team to upsell and deliver excellent service.
• Experience handling cash and daily store financial tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock updated.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
