GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a high-energy convenience store. You will support daily operations, run the register, and coach a team to deliver excellent customer service and strong sales on every shift.

The role requires open availability including weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts common. Food safety certification is preferred or obtainable, and you will be part of a fast-paced retail leadership track with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or convenience store environment is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Handle register, assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Support hiring, training, and leadership of staff.
• Act as manager when Store Manager is absent.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
