Hibbett, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Slidell, LA to support daily store operations and customer service excellence. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, merchandising, scheduling, and staff development while upholding company policies and standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience in retail, with a focus on footwear. You will step in as acting Store Manager when needed and help ensure store profitability and excellent customer

Formación

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience working in retail footwear and athletic apparel is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead a team and drive store goals.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on important tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store supervisory responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence and help train staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service per company standards and policies.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Protect company assets and maintain internal control procedures.
