• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Contribute to action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• Serve as interim supervisor in Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruiting, training and evaluating staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Maintain awareness of inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and handle Customer service duties.
• Support extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise.
