Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Haslett location. This role involves assisting with daily store activities, supervising associates, and ensuring a welcoming, productive environment for customers and staff.

You will help organize merchandise, execute directives, and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret directives and store policies.
• Previous retail or grocery store management experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions.
• Help organize and move merchandise between delivery truck, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support the Store Manager in training and developing associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and asset protection.
