Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling records, organizing merchandise from delivery to sales floor, maintaining clean aisles, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, manage payroll/scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom according to company standards.
• Protect company assets, including store cash, and ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
