Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met and customer service is excellent.
