Responsibilities

• Confer with Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Lead personnel recruitment, training, and evaluation under Store Manager guidance.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department and store standards and audits.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per policy manuals and service standards.
