Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience and strong communication.
• Ability to supervise staff, train and evaluate performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• Cover store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Guide employees and customers with knowledge of departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales trends, and expenses to support profitability.
• Deliver outstanding customer service per company manuals and policies.
