Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Consult with the Store Manager on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory movement, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service per the customer service manual.
