Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results with a connection to the brand and profitability.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting and training as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a collaborative environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions for associates to enhance customer connection.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles when needed.
