Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Tucson, AZ seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a team of Stylists, drive sales, and supervise daily store operations. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard and coach staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to Windsor policies.

You will uphold Windsor’s Visual Guidelines, maintain a tidy, on-brand store, and foster a culture of respect and continuous improvement while coordinating with leadership for scheduling and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience minimum.
• Ability to develop and motivate teams of up to 25 employees.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and manage daily operations on the sales floor.
• Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard and develop talent.
