Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Pittsburgh seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team on the sales floor, drive omni-channel Oasis experiences, and uphold Windsor’s standards. You will support the Store Manager in achieving store productivity, coaching stylists, and executing merchandising directives.

With at least 1 year of retail management, you will organize daily operations, recruit talent, and foster a culture of respect and results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and performance as part of the sales-directing team.
• Oversee daily operations on the sales floor, stock area, and registers.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for stylists and new hires.
• Support merchandising directives and smart product presentation.
• Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
