White House Black Market in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a memorable, customer-centered experience. You will hire, train, and coach associates, drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain brand standards on the floor and in the stockroom.

This full-time role requires 3 years of retail leadership and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old required.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a customer-centered experience on the sales floor.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Maintain brand standards and visually inspiring store environment.
• Manage inventory, floor replenishment, and inventories.
