Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development in Canon City, Colorado. You will assist with daily store activities and help lead the team.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, merchandising, payroll records, loss prevention, and ensuring a safe, friendly environment while delivering excellent service. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, with prior retail supervisory

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
