Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales and manage daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead staffing, training, and development while delivering best-in-class customer service and maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes floorset updates, product knowledge, and visual merchandising, with a focus on recruitment, engagement, and growth within the store leadership pipeline. This position promotes from within where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
