Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand presentation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom to ensure service excellence and smooth operations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays aligned with brand standards.
• Analyze reports to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory controls.
• Operate register and POS systems and fulfill OMNI channel orders.
