The Assistant Manager will supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence, assist in recruiting and training, and ensure excellent customer service while driving sales in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation of personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain excellent customer service and assist customers during peak periods.
