Duchess is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager to coach the team, manage scheduling, oversee inventory, and ensure top-quality customer service.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and compliance, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and vendors while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Strong communication and team leadership.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory.
• Familiar with basic store systems (POS, software).
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership.
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready.
• Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away to drive performance and maintain standards.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team.
