You will assist the Store Manager, lead scheduling and inventory tasks, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store for guests. The role emphasizes leadership, growth, and teamwork with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service
• Leadership – A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Operations – Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems
• Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
• Customer focus – Committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
• Lead in the Store Manager’s absence to drive performance and maintain compliance standards
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
• Walk/stand for long periods and handle physical tasks as needed
