PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Outlets Of Savannah Express store. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, manage a team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

This role requires 1–3 years in retail, strong communication, and a proactive leadership mindset; benefits include medical/dental, 401(k) with company match, merchandise discounts, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant retail or operations experience.
• Proficient with technology (iPad and POS registers).
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and availability nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, inspiring, and retaining top talent.
• Maintain a positive work environment and team morale.
• Coach and train Sales Associates for performance.
• Support hiring processes and feedback to Store Manager.
• Oversee daily store operations and execution of plans.
• Ensure floor coverage and merchandise flow across omnichannel channels.
