Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Ability to coach and develop sales teams for performance.
• Strong customer service mindset aligned with the Madewell brand.
• Familiarity with fashion trends and store operations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Associate Store Manager to impact profitability through brand connections.
• Own designated division: Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate to maintain a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and authentic customer connections.
• Engage community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles when required.
