Job summary

Soma at Fashion Show Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless, personalized customer experience in a high-energy retail environment.

You will help hire, develop, and coach associates, lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel service, maintain an inspiring store atmosphere, and ensure inventory and operations run smoothly to reflect Soma’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead on sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
