Soma Estero is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to help the Store Manager lead the team and deliver a welcoming, customer-focused experience. You will motivate staff, share product knowledge, and ensure store operations run smoothly on the sales floor and in the backroom.

You will hire, develop, and coach associates, drive sales to meet financial goals, and foster community connections through in-store events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
