Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks an Assistant Store Manager for Sea Ranch Lakes, FL to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store functions and maintain a welcoming store environment.

The part-time role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. You will support opening/closing, training Store Associates, and loss prevention while ensuring safety and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain directives

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain store areas to company standards
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash
• Lead and train Store Associates
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store
