Twice Daily in Nashville, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily store operations and coaching the team. You will help ensure guest satisfaction, maintain store standards, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers leadership development, competitive weekly pay, and employee benefits. Weekend availability and overtime may be required as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 2+ years’ experience in the retail, food service, or hospitality industries.
• Able to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions effectively.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations in GM absence.
• Ensure best-in-class service for Twice Daily guests.
• Serve as a retail ambassador for the Twice Daily brand.
• Develop passion for Twice Daily offerings and culture.
• Act as role model for Twice Daily values.
• Train, develop, and lead team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Provide daily coaching on store culture and roles.
• Maintain inventory levels, freshness, and product rotation.
• Maintain store interior and exterior image standards.
• Perform basic math to handle payments and cash drawers.
• Keep the store clean, including bathrooms and fuel dispensers.
• Assist with stocking items and marketing promotions.
• Memorize product locations and guide customers with recommendations.
• Assist GM in hiring and recruitment marketing.
