Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and executing strategic business objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching and performance feedback to drive results.
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service by modeling excellent customer-focused behaviors and addressing inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Manage inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organized store environment.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and scheduling staff to build a capable and engaged team.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategic initiatives to improve store performance and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment that reflects company standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience by adapting to changing priorities and supporting the team through peak periods.
