• Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless functioning across all departments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory management activities, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Train, supervise, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Analyze sales data and assist in developing strategies to achieve sales goals and improve performance.
• Manage cash handling duties, including register operations, reconciliation, and deposits.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assume Store Manager responsibilities during their absence and make key operational decisions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
