Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Fill in for Store Manager in their absence and maintain store operations.
• Participate in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation under Store Manager guidance.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager updated on inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Assist with administrative duties and store-manager responsibilities.
