Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment, preferably footwear/athletic apparel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the store's assets and operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in overall personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure inventory, sales statistics, and expenses are monitored to maintain profitability.
