Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• Establish action plans to accomplish departmental and store responsibilities.
• Take responsibility for the store in Store Manager’s absence.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Maintain high quality customer service and merchandising standards.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
