Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store resources.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Train and evaluate store personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to protect profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
