Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Lead staff, recruit, train, and evaluate personnel as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met and communicate trends.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise.
