Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and planning.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Run store in Store Manager's absence and support personnel recruiting/training.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments when needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales, expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
