Job summary

United Pacific is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a full-time role that supports the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensures a safe, customer-focused environment. You will take on Store Manager duties when the Manager is away and assist customers in the purchase of products, developing customer connections and maintaining a positive attitude with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a retail store.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (per local regulations).
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States if hired.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Physical ability to lift and stand for extended periods.
