Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear/athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Self-starter with initiative to tackle tasks without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Fill in for Store Manager in their absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
