Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Take responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training and evaluating store staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are met.
• Inform management about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise.
