Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment, preferably footwear & athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and hit overall goals and profits.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on important tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and train/evaluate staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, expenses to help profitability.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and promote merchandise.
