The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of retail and customer service experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented approach to meet store goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail footwear environment.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in overall personnel recruiting, training and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department tasks are completed.
• Maintain quality customer service and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
