Qualifications

• Retail management experience (1–2 years)
• Passion for brand, customers, and teams
• Stay updated on fashion trends and industry developments
• Teamwork, flexibility, courtesy in execution
• Innovative, problem-solving mindset in uncertain situations
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays
• Ability to bend, reach, lift at least 40 pounds (18 kg)

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability
• Own designated division: Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability
• Assist with recruiting, training and development efforts
• Partner with leadership to create a collaborative environment for associates
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and authentic customer connections
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed
