Job summary

Everything But Water, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Bellevue, WA to support the Store Manager in delivering a customer-centric shopping experience. You will help drive sales, manage staffing, and oversee inventory while ensuring brand standards and exceptional service.

You will lead a team of Associates, cover shifts when needed, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and accountability, with a focus on achieving sales goals and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1-2 years in retail management.
• Open availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical requirements include standing/walking 8 hours, climbing a ladder, and lifting at least 15 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and expenses to optimize results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing and scheduling to ensure customer service.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training Associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Supervise and train staff in Store Manager’s absence.
