Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service at Wheatley Plaza. You will help lead a team of Associates, manage day-to-day operations, and handle staffing and inventory in the Store Manager’s absence.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail sales and 1–2 years in retail management, with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and leadership roles in a fashion or specialty retailer.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and store operations.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to drive sales and manage expenses.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training Associates.
• Maintain brand standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation.
• Ensure adequate coverage and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Supervise staff in Store Manager’s absence and train new team members.
• Foster collaboration and accountability within the team.
