Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruiting, training and evaluating store personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Maintain inventory awareness, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Protect company assets and ensure internal controls meet policies.
• Supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence and train employees as needed.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures as listed in manuals.
