Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to obtain necessary licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily operations of assigned retail outlet(s).
• Supervise retail staff and daily operations.
• Provide high standard of customer service consistently.
• Train staff and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, discipline and schedule team members.
• Maintain staffing levels and inventory, oversee displays and store areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and cash transactions; ensure proper pricing.
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints; aim to increase revenue through service and sales.
