Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership.

You’ll drive sales by analyzing performance, oversee opening and closing routines, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards. You’ll lead recruiting, training, and development, coach non‑management staff, and guide floorsets and product knowledge to inspire the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
