Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class customer service. The role blends strategy, creativity, and people leadership, with a promote-from-within philosophy to grow into future leaders of the store.

You will oversee opening/closing routines, supervise salesfloor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, train staff, and coach the team. A strong fashion sense and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to drive results and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven team-building and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
