Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership in our Winston-Salem store.

You will drive sales by analyzing the business, ensuring top-notch customer service, and supervising daily operations from opening to closing. You will lead talent through recruiting, training, and engagement, while bringing brand knowledge to the sales floor.

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
