Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and develop the team in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee opening/closing, staffing, training, and daily workflows while upholding brand standards and omni-channel fulfillment.

You will leverage fashion knowledge, customer focus, and strong communication to coach staff, maintain visuals, and analyze performance data, contributing to a high-performing store culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
