Verizon is seeking a results-driven retail leader in Minnesota to drive sales, coach teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in store environments. This role combines sales leadership with operational oversight to ensure compliance, inventory control, and merchandising excellence.

You will motivate staff, manage schedules, and guide associates toward achieving quotas while maintaining a top-tier customer journey across Verizon products and services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Inspiring, training, and coaching your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Identifying selling skill gaps, then creating and implementing development plans to help meet and exceed individual sales metrics and assigned quotas.
• Leading store operations (staffing, reporting, cash handling, compliance, and coordinating with Facilities/IT).
• Monitoring inventory and maintaining store cleanliness and device security.
• Managing store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Completing store opening and closing activities.
